We collect information you provide directly, and information collected automatically through cookies once you consent to them.
When you use the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, WhatsApp number and the details of your project. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to follow up as part of your WHV support. It is never sold and is only shared with third parties where strictly necessary to deliver the service you requested (for example a booking or accommodation partner you explicitly ask us to contact on your behalf).
With your consent, analytics and marketing cookies may collect technical information such as your approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, pages visited, and how you interacted with advertising campaigns. See the cookie table below for details.
A cookie is a small file stored on your device that helps a website function or understand how it is used. On every page, a small bubble in the bottom-left corner (our kangaroo) opens a window that lets you accept all cookies, reject optional cookies, or customize your choice by category. You can change your decision at any time using the “Manage cookies” link in the footer of every page.

You can withdraw or change your cookie consent at any time by opening the panel from the footer of any page. You can also delete cookies already stored on your device through your browser settings; this will not delete any data already processed based on prior consent, but will stop future collection.
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as necessary to provide our support services, and no longer than 3 years after our last exchange, unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics data is retained according to Google's default retention settings. You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing us.
Depending on your place of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email audrey@elitepacific.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision.
